Molly is our accounting expert and supplier of all good treats, big and small. Always a kind heart, Molly solves complex issues with extraordinary customer rapport.
Alli
Alli focuses on Shops and Client Retention, Growth, and Feedback. She has been with Birch Tree for over a year, and has helped with our new rebrand. Allissa holds a Bachelor's Degree from Fitchburg State University.
Sebastien
Sebastien has grown up as part of the Birch Tree business and looks forward to using his education and experience to help it grow. Sebastien runs our embroidery shop in Hatfield, MA and is our lead decorator of our Tajima 4-Head Embroidery Machine.
James
James has been a huge part of our recent growth and success. He manages all orders, from entering with our suppliers to delivery. His attention to detail and experience in customer service has made him an integral member of our team.
Kaitlin
Kaitlin is a recent graduate of the University of New Hampshire and has joined the team as our Customer Marketing Specialist. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English: Text, Business Writing, and Digital Studies.
